Gas Filtration System Upgrade at Romgaz Bazna Compression Station; Beneficiary: Romgaz

SUTECH contributed to the optimization of a critical component within the natural gas compression infrastructure by supplying and integrating a  gas filter separator for the Romgaz compression station in Bazna, Sibiu County.

The filter separator was designed and manufactured by BAT Mediaș, a company within the SUTECH Group, known for its expertise in producing specialized equipment for the natural gas industry.

SUTECH’s contributions included:

• Integration and automation of the pneumatic automatic discharge system to ensure a safer and more efficient filtration process
• Implementation of automation solutions tailored to the application’s requirements to support continuous and controlled system operation
• Technical support on site to ensure proper implementation of the solution, in full compliance with Romgaz standards

Project outcomes:

• Improved operational efficiency of the gas compression station
• Reduced risk of failures through controlled removal of impurities
• Extended equipment lifespan and optimized maintenance processes
